How did I just find out about
Vik Muniz? The Brazilian-born, Brooklyn-dwelling artist creates works of art out of food (like the
Double Mona Lisa, After Warhol, which is made of peanut butter and jelly) - you'd think I'd have discovered him at some point before now!
But no - it took a feature in Food & Wine, with Daniel Boulud, no less, for me to find out about Muniz and his artsy-foodsy creations.
But now I know. And good for F&W for celebrating the foodie artist. I love it!
