I think that since Per Se would always be a destination restaurant for me (since I don't live there, obvs) it's hard to really answer the question. Maybe if I lived in NYC and had zillions of dollars, Per Se carryout would be cool. Like Yeti, only way fancier.

I can understand why they're offering a la carte items, but I would prefer to experience the tasting menu.
I wonder if the new service will throw off the kitchen's rhythm?
