Just Stop.

LA Weekly riffs on five trends in dining that need to stop immediately (or, really, never should've started in the first place).

For the most part, I wholeheartedly agree. I could fill a ream of paper with anti-truffle oil rants.


Don't take away my horseradish mashed potatoes. Wasabi potatoes? You can have them. But I love - love - horseradish and sour cream in mashed potatoes. It's how I make them at home. And I will continue to make them that way.

No matter what those people in LA are saying.
