It’s National Yorkshire Pudding Day here in the US…where we needed a day dedicated to British pudding? Not that I don’t love Yorkshire pudding – I do and today’s weather is perfect for it. I just don’t understand why we need a day for Yorkshire pudding.
Today is also St. Colman’s Day – the patron of cattle and horses. So you can have some beef to go with that pudding.
