Trends & Timelines

Cail just sent me a link to this awesome New York magazine timeline of food trends over the past 40 years. While some of them seem a little less important than others (1st Starbucks in NYC or pretzel croissants. Which is bigger?), overall, it's a cool list and great presentation.

So cool, in fact, that Dixon asked me to print him out a copy for his own use.
