So I saw this quote this morning and I thought...yes...but no. But yes. But no. I'm torn.
And who is William Denton anyway? He's a retail developer. Seriously. (Oddly enough, since college, I have worked with about 8 different retail developers on different projects. Kind of random, right?)
So...ok. Interesting quote, in that I'm still not sure if I agree with it or not (food is food, yes, but it can also be pretty and provocative). But the bigger question is: how did this guy end up with a whole bunch of quotes on one of those quote websites? And why is one of them about food, and the rest are about retail?
And is this too early in the morning for me to question the ways of the internet?

I only agree with him insofar as food is definitely not art once it comes back out.
