In addition to possibly inventing the turducken, Paul Prudhomme was shot yesterday by a 22 caliber bullet, while doing a cooking demonstration at an event in New Orleans.
And he kept cooking.
That, my friends, is the definition of professionalism.

Poor Paul, hope he's okay.
I bought and cooked a turduckin one year for Thanksgiving. Interesting, lots going on, a tribute to meat. Maybe less is more.
