Last Night's Dinner: Can You Even Tell What This Is?

It's a poached egg with chives on top of Jarlsberg-spiked polenta, in case you couldn't tell (I could barely tell, and I took the picture).

Inspired by this and served with a salad of red leaf lettuce, goat cheese and roasted peaches. Very easy and quick to cook and pretty delicious. Though, apparently, not so easy to photograph.
