Do they count as food? Well, they won't be eaten at our house, since they've been sitting out since Sunday. But still, here is our Easter egg story.
It starts with some dying in teacups...
Graduates to glue and colored, glittery sand (kept surprisingly contained by the paper plates)...
It's been an Easter extravaganza around here of late and this weekend promises to be a big mess of pastel-colored sugar. I'll be stealing everyone's black jelly beans, Dixon will be throwing tantrums for "one more starburst" and Cooper will most likely be sulking that, since I didn't refrigerate the eggs, he can't eat them.
Happy Easter, everyone. And enjoy the weather while it lasts!

darling photos. and i also really love your teacups! perfect shape and size!
Thanks, LP! And they're the Apilco cups from Williams Sonoma. I hardly ever get to use them, since when I drink tea it's usually from coffee cup, but they were perfect for this!
Happy Easter!
I love how, in the first pic, you can see the eggs in the painting behind Dixon......looking at him. :) Happy Easter! xoxo
I'm so glad someone else noticed that, Sarah. Because it was on purpose, but it would've ruined it if I had to mention it...
Happy Easter to you, too!
