Baltimore Talks to Blais

Kathy (aka theminx) has just posted her interview with Richard Blais of Top Chef fame.

Kathy's TC4 recaps were hilarious - plus, everybody loves a Baltimore food blogger - so I was happy to see that Blais agreed to the interview. It's a good one, too - even though I've read about a million TC4 recaps and interviews, I feel like I learned something new.
