Elizabethan Dining

If I lived in New York, I'd be all over this class - Shakespeare's Kitchen - on dining during the Elizabethan era.

Not so much for the food itself, though. Mostly for intellectual and theoretical reasons. The idea that you could better understand an historical era by experiencing the food of the times is just so in keeping with all of my pretentious little pseudo-intellectual/pseudo-foodie quirks.
