I do love the Behind the Music format.
Last night, I watched the Paula Deen episode of the Food Network's mini-show Chefography - the show that solidifies the rock star status of at least a handful of chefs. Loved it. I'm TiVo-ing the entire series (all four episodes). I can't wait for the Ina show.
Paula seemed just as lovely and even more hardworking than I'd imagined. It's hard not to respect her (though I have a feeling she can be a little bit of a tyrant in the kitchen. She works HARD.)
But there was one thing I found very, very creepy...she slept with her pet bird for seven years? Who sleeps with a bird? Come on, she couldn't get a dog or cat?
