Mango & Ginger Stilton from Trader Joe's.
It doesn't taste anything like Stilton - the mango and ginger combine into one uber-sweet flavor that totally overpowers any bit of the cheese. It's too crumbly and dry, like all the TJ Stiltons that have fruit added. Overall, a total disappointment.
But, still. The Official Cheese of This Blog.
