What I'm Eating as I (Very Carefully) Type This

The chunkiest minestrone soup ever and a piece of slightly warm seven grain bread, both courtesy of Atwater's.

The bread is thick and rough and almost a tiny bit sour (in a good way) and perfectly matches the soup, which is vegetarian-based, with basil, carrots, onions, two types of beans, broccoli, eggplant, tomatoes, and I'm not even sure what else. I'm not usually a fan of veg-based soups (I love my beef and chicken stocks) but this one isn't lacking at all in the flavor department.

Love it!
